The room was spacious and clean. But we were charged $17 at the front desk when the booking was done through ******* and specified the taxes and fees were paid up. The TV in the room was a Black screen for 80% of the time we used it (satellite?). And the toilet handle flushed but was very loose as if the grommets were broken. Other than that the stay was nice

Was in town for a music festival and the room price was very high and not a value for the accommodations. Internet was spotty. We could hear through the walls and in hallway. We were near the restaurant and hall smelled like garbage. Overall the hotel is dated.

Perfect place to stay for balcony viewing during Ocean City bike week! Very short walk to the beach! Convenient, cool, clean, garage parking! Oceans 13 restaurant in hotel. Delicious food, drinks and great service! Pet friendly for both dogs and cats! However was very unimpressed with continental breakfast. It was exactly the same everyday. Not all that great when you're staying for a week!

Poor stay
1bed was dirty. Light in bathroom didn't work. Patio door wouldn't shut or lock. No kleenex 2 towels. Ants everywhere. Ask for towels and coffee had to go and get it. Hallway was dirty and smelly. Dog barked all night. Paint was peeling and not finished. On a good note there was covered parking and easy to get to and out of. Walking distance to shops and food.

This property is dirty, we checked in on Monday, the hallway never vacuum ed left today still not vacuumed. Dirty shirt from another guest left behind the chair in room 102, reported it, the shirt was still there. Spoke to the manager, she looked at me like i was crazy.Her name was Gabby.Stay at your own risk, no chairs on the patio, told to take the one from the room,well there was two of us! This is the worst hotel to stay at ohhh, yes, there are more dogs in the hotel than people.

Once and done
We needed to move rooms after we had unpacked. The air conditioning was not working. A maintenance worker worked on it for over an hour then we asked to change rooms. The doors to the roons stick terribly, I could hardly open them without my husband's help. The nicest part was how close it was to the beach. Also, see photos below, looks like they fixed a leak but never painted., and spots on floor buckled and bubbled from likely water damage.Will not stay there again.

The freezer in the refrigerator must not have been defrosted for months…so much ice on it -all our food froze. You had to turn on the entry light for the light above stove and fan to work
