I was not informed on my room being a smokers room. I went view the room and it smelled the smoke. I requested a non smokers room and the manager stated that he was out of non smoking rooms. I requested a cancellation of this room. He stated he could not cancel the room that i had to go though ******* to cancel. The water in the pool was green. So swimming was not happening. I ended up going to another hotel for the night. I check my account and the hotel charged my account after i stated i did not want to stay there because if the smell and conditions. I really appreciate if my account get reimbursed because i did not stay there that night. On the invoice it shows that i stayed and checked out the next morning. Which is false.

ALL NEW ! Very nice stay.
Y’all, I was very skeptical about getting a hotel room here. We traveled this weekend for softball. Let me tell you this hotel has completely been renovated. New beds, new showers new tubs, new countertops, new sinks new flooring new paint, the entire room was so nice. I was very very surprised. We also ate breakfast the next morning before we headed out to our games. They had a wide variety of things for the kids. Will 100% be staying here again, we come to Reston multiple times a year for softball.

Was ok. Lost power for a while luckily in the evening. WiFi was very spotty and hard to keep a good connection to work from

AVOID at all cost!
The floors were FILTHY.. While walking across the floor in white socks, the bottom of the socks became brown and sticky after just one trip across the room. Since the purchase was non-refundable, we stayed in the room for the night. But, never again!

Upon arriving just after midnight, found out they cancelled my reservation saying I needed to arrive by 4pm when I made the reservation at 6:45pm. Had to pay all over for the room again. Then, when I was annoyed and asking questions, I was informed they didn’t have to give me a room at all. Biggest bull I’ve ever heard checking in anywhere.

It wasn’t bad, but breakfast was horrible. I literally had to get a honey bun out of the little container where they had everything stored and warmed it up. I was expecting more, but considering I literally just spent the night after dropping my son off at Grambling, it did what it needed to do.
