The smell of Fabuloso almost knocked me over when I walked in. When I got closer to my room I wished it was stronger as it was now mixed with something between the bottom of a dumpster and fish sauce. The room reeked of mildew but in a few hours the loud and wheezing air conditioner made it slightly less foul. The bathtub was seriously stained, the towels the cheapest I have ever come across and I made the mistake of using the shampoo packet on the counter. The phone might have worked but all the buttons were knocked out except the numbers. Some of the sconces were broken. The microwave looked new. As did the cheap but clean entertainment center. The beds were decidedly not new. I don't know if the rubbish bin at breakfast was ever wiped down - it was a Stephen King novel in the making. The coffee was bad but hot. I tried the pastry in a bag and it didn't suck. No way anything else there was touching my mouth. My favorite part was the broken ice machine that said use this one with an arrow pointing to an individual serving ice machine from Vevor on the floor in the laundry area. Our event was done a day early so I grabbed my son and went to Memphis and was told I would be refunded my last day. I wasn't. I didn't really expect it but don't tell me that. The owners were nice but don't stop me in the hallway, ask me when I am checking out and what room I am in. That' just weird and a hair creepy. I used to backpack Central and South America and not see indoor plumbing for weeks. I've smelled burn pits and experience poverty on multiple continents. I've paid too much for things just to share my limited means. I still felt like I got ripped off for my $60 a night.

Do not stay at this motel. It's full of bugs. Husband killed 2. I did 1 in the bathroom. The 3rd floor reeks of **** smells. The elevator might or might not work. Guests sit trash in the hallway. There's no coffee in the room but a coffee maker is there. Breakfast consisted of cereal a scoop of scrambled eggs, milk in a pitcher sitting on top of ice bags in a bowl on the counter. Room temperature orange juice. Few pieces of fruit. The pictures posted do not reflect the status of this motel right now. I left Friday morning to go get breakfast after seeing what was for breakfast, came back from that and my key cards had been disabled. Now I paid for Thursday -Friday night. So I had to go get my card re-keyed. My husband card still didn't work. My check out was at 11:30 a.m. Saturday morning. I got up and packed what I didn't put back in my truck at 6:05 a.m. out by 6:30 a.m.

I only gave 1 star because Carlos and the bed were great. Everything else from Bernice to the hotel itself was horrible! She was extremely rude, the hotel is filthy, you will in my pictures, they do NOT care about cleanliness, the water does not drain in the tub, the trash can on the second floor was NEVER emptied the 2 days and 2 nights we were there. The room and bathroom 224 had mold and mildew in the shower, which could easily have been cleaned with bleach. I just scrubbed with my wash cloth and it came off. Just proves they DO NOT CLEAN! Do NOT stay here. NOT to mention my husband and I BOTH got sick from the mold. Going to the doctor today. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Let's start at the top. Check in was easy and quick. Standard paperwork. Get your keys and you're on your way. Cool. The lady at the desk was nice. I booked two separate rooms. First room, ripped sheets, dirty phone, a layer of dust on the mirror, remote missing the batter cover, mini fridge dusty, and the bathroom shower curtain caked in MOLD!! Immediately NO! So I go downstairs and show the lady the video I took of my mold covered bathroom curtain and she immediately switched me to another room and let me check the room . Ok no layer of mold on the curtain. So I'm like fine. Honestly it wasn't much better but after being on the road for 9hrs I was too exhausted to be playing find the not so crappy room. This room wasn't as dusty so "yay" (insert eye roll), the sheets still ripped up, there was still mold in the shower grout, oh and other people's hair in the shower on the wall, cause that's always fun. (Insert sarcasm). The towels looked like they've seen better years. Oh and the phone was still dirty in this room. Oh and the best part the phone didn't even work. The sink took ten minutes to drain the water. The carpet didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned in a decade. The lights on the hallways flickering like a horror movie. Some lights are out completely. There is a weird odor of smoke and mildew in the hallways. The pool is out of service and they don't seem to care. There's wild cats in the bushes outside. Oh and the "breakfast" leaves lots to be desired. Now the second room I booked. Much the same. Dusty, mold in the shower grout, sheets ripping, towels less than desirable, oh and a cracked sink bowl, and leaky shower. Oh and there was a hole in the bathroom wall that was stuffed with plastic. And cobb webs behind the bathroom door. Because fun right (insert eye roll and sarcasm). I would highly advise against staying here. There's a days inn next door try them. Cause this place needs to be condemned until they can make repairs because it's not even worth the cost of admission.

One star is generous. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and checked out after 1. Cleanliness - hallways and room reeked of smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), mold and rust in bathroom Maintenance - Numerous burn holes/melted spots in the bedspread, sheets, and carpet, property hasn't been mowed and weeds are plentiful Safety - side door that leads to the elevator has no lock which means anyone can come and go straight to rooms without passing the front desk

The only reason I gave it 2 was because the front desk staff was nice and friendly. This hotel really needs a detailed cleaning. Towels and bedding need to be replaced. Bedding and towels had brown nasty spots on them. The room was just nasty. The room also had a funky odor. The hotel smells of smoke.

It was the perfect place for a staycation. It was a very peaceful and relaxing day. The trip was a short distance from my house with many choices for dinner spots. The added bonus was the breakfast that was included in the price of the room.

Upon arriving the portico was trashy and dirty. Definitely needs a good cleaning. The front door mat was also dirty. No regular cleaning schedule. Inside the lobby seemed to be clean, but had a bad smell. My room was reasonably clean, but there was a lingering Smokey smell in a nonsmoking room. There was no linens in the bathroom. Had to call front lobby to get linens. The most egregious problem was the secondary entrances. They were clearly marked “keep locked at all times,”. They were not locked. Went to lobby and discussed with attendant. She indicated locks were broken and would not be repaired. Asked for a refund and was denied as I had not requested the cancellation 48 hours prior to check in. Certainly illogical. This is a Best Western Motel to avoid.

An absolutely horrible experience during my stay at this hotel. This was our first family reunion since the pandemic. We have stayed in this hotel twice before, however it must be under new management because this was absolutely one of the WORST experiences I have ever had in any hotel. The air quality is horrible, the customer service was deplorable and I looked out of my window only to see a pool full of dirt and mud. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
