Still waiting on card deposit tefund, it has been over 2 weeks. Very inconvenient cash policy for a early morning departure. Dont return cash deposit until after 10am.

The people that run the red roof is all family and very room and disgusting epically the cleaning lady she stole my or wash my AirPods left bud the sheet are very disgusting with stains they hardly clean the rooms

After writing a review they decided to tell us we can’t come back which they have done that a lot sheets always have stain on them and the stole my AirPods when they clean the room which they love to do when your not there the whole family work for them and the cleaning lady is rude as hell and they all know cause people have complain bout her and they also agree about her attitude they also say that we mess up the sheets and room but yet they gave us back our security deposit

Everything seemed to be broken and they had a minor bug problem. On a positive note it was quiet and appeared safe. Maybe restaurants very close by and there was smoke parking. Good for an overnight stay and nothing more

The facility is run down, the tub was atrocious. We were double charged, fraudulently. Charged a card with my name, but not my cc number.
