No one was at the front desk at check in. Had to wait5-10 before someone showed up. I needed a late check out because my ride was delayed because of traffic. I paid an extra $20 to get to stay be 1:00. But at noon the staff started bugging. So I left the room & sat in the curb waiting for my ride. And yes I was gone by 1:00.I will not be staying there again.

Super8 is a chain that I use on business trips, especially if I have a crew with me. It's not the place I stay if I want anything fancy or "upper scale". It's not the hotel chain where I'd take my wife. It's a place that's hopefully clean and safe. This location is on the bottom end of the Super 8 scale. The non-smoking room had a hint of skunk... someone has been smoking pot nearby. The loveseat had stains all over it. I questioned whether or not to put my suitcase on it. I sure didn't sit on it! The towels all had stains and were really worn. The sheets, however, seemed to be new. The bed was comfortable and the internet worked. All in all, this was what I expected for saving $30 to $40 compared to other "better" hotels in the area. Some of my co-workers would have complained loudly. I just won't come back.

Bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. A power socket near vanity appears a fire hazard. It neds to be replaced.

I especially liked that it is right off of Interstate 85 and on a direct road to the center of Suwanee. The man who checked me in was very pleasant.

It was okay. The smell of smoke for a non smoking room was very unpleasant, everything else was okay. Would not recommended for children.
