The air conditioner didn't work. We weren't told until we asked. Room was 80 degrees. We had to leave our balcony door open all weekend. The temperature in the room only went down to 76°. We were told at check-in that we had to do a $100 deposit, which was new where listed in the price area. Our balcony was super tiny. You couldn't even sit on it.

Staff was really friendly. Properly needs some help, had to change rooms because no hot water, new room had a broken hairdryer, ac/heat didn’t work.not free parking, pool and hot tub closed disappointing stay

There was no hot water to shower, but not a deal breaker.

The lobby has been updated in the last few years since our last stay. Thankfully the bed looks newer but the couch and chairs wouldn’t even sit on. They’re stained and and visibly nasty, shredded and the room had a very musty smell. Everything stayed damp throughout the week and there was a visible leaking problem on the ceiling near the bed- looks like the ceiling is falling and has a hole and dark patches which have been painted over not repaired. The view was beautiful but the patio doors stayed open the entire time so we didn’t get mold poisoning.

Everything was old and dated the picture of the room online didnt match the room we got. It was dirty and trash from the previous people that were in the room. Water was not hot and the pressure wasnt good either.

The pictures online present a really nice place, maybe that’s how it was once upon a time. But renting the flagship room with the jacuzzi in the bedroom was not how it was presented. All the furniture was old and scratched and chipped, the floor is damaged and stained, the soap tray in the shower is rusty and looks like it was never wiped since it’s install which speaks to the condition of a lot more things in the room as well. The jacuzzi couldn’t even be used because the jets didn’t work and every time you try to power them on they dispense dirt. The wifi in the room did not work on the tvs, had to use personal hotspot, about the only enjoyable part was the pool outside which actually seemed taken care of at least. But the unit was a disappoint to say the least, especially just peaking into a couple other units across the hall there are some updated units with new flooring and furniture, but there’s more wrong to the overall experience and it’s disappointing the most sought after unit was not treated with those updates (520). The space overall was nice and roomy, it just deserves to be treated a lot better. The two thermostats in the unit didn’t function at all, the room was always kept at 62 degrees, which is nice on hot days, but it was only 70 degrees outside. Stepping into the elevator is a good example of what is to come of the stay. The elevator control panel looks like it was never wiped down once. The place could do a lot better, people were excellent though.

I would never stay here again, first off the place is disgusting, the A/C in our room did not work at all. You have to pay for park which is not in the listing, they hold a security deposit and then keep a portion of that for more fees but when I checked in I was not told that and was told the full deposit would be refunded in 3-5 days after check out. While we were there I witnessed other guests also complaint about things not being clean and also a shower from the floor above leaking into their bathroom.

The parking fee and resort fee are both listed on the website. The deposit was returned upon departure and like any refund it take 3-5 business days to show.
