I didn’t travel with children. The stay was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, no complaints at all.

I stayed at this location one week ago to be close to the beach… I loved it so much, I booked again and returned just a week later. Such friendly staff, super clean and the breakfast is great. Truly a family location and I appreciate that and the safety. I will def return.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Definitely will return back here if we come back to the area. Breakfast was good and all the staff were super friendly.

Love the proximity to Illinois State Beach Park and Gurnee Mills.
Rooms adjacent has a toddler that’s crying and making so much noise at 1am. We can hear all the way to our room. Made me awake until 4:30 am!
Surprise that the room can’t reduce the noise outside to at least some decent level.
Otherwise good place to stay.
Free breakfast too is a plus.

Their system was down when we got there, so we waited 45 minutes in the lobby. Then asked us for $100 cash for the incidental fee so we went to get cash. We were gone barely 5 minutes and when we got back there was a line of guests who arrived after us checking in. We then had to wait in another 10-15 minutes to finally get our room key. The staff was nice, but definitely feel like the situation should have been handled better.
