The staff were friendly and helpful. My issues stem from the upkeep of the property. The main areas like dining, hallways, etc, were HOT. At one point in the evening I saw a lady using a box fan in the dining area. The rooms itself were only decently cooled down. The restrooms did not include basic toiletries like hand soap. Breakfast was good and cook was responsive. There was a roach in the dining area.

The room was essentially great, except that it smelled moldy. I bought air freshener and that helped.

The room was really nice and quiet and comfortable, but the lighting in the room was terrible. There were only lights by the sides of the bed and it was too dark in the room. The water in the bathroom took a long time to get hot, but once it did, it was great.

Friendly staff, greeted us each time we returned to the hotel. AC worked well. Accessible room was plenty roomy for large electronic wheelchair and other items

I fell flat on my face after tripping over an electric plug built into the floor, it was about 1/2 inch tall and unmarked. They had to call EMS for me and I was taken to an ER. I had no broken bones but a slight concussion. My left knee is very painful as is my right hand. When I came back from the ER they had a yellow Caution marker placed over it.

Solid Choice for a Rockport Stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They did a fantastic job of keeping everything very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I know of breakfast was very good and was a great option in the morning! We will definitely stay again if we travel that way.
