Had a good view of the beach. Price was reasonable. Amenities were good. It was an older motel but it has been maintained. It was clean and the location was good.

The partial ocean view efficiency was perfect for our stay. The Beach Bus picks up just 2 blocks away and got us right to the music festival. The property was quiet and literally right on the boardwalk with beach access. Room was very clean.

Great room, easy access, stayed here for Oceans Calling and it was perfect. we rented bikes and that made transportation to and from the pier a breeze

First I will say the staff and service was excellent. Oceanfront and boardwalk view also great, nice comfortable beds as well. My only complaint is that the room looked a little worn, probably because it was the end of the summer season. We stayed in the spring and the room we had then looked better maintained. We will be back as I think it’s a good value for what you receive compared to other hotels in the area.

Room was beach-front, quiet and easily accessible from the festival and other things nearby. Very friendly and accommodating, helpful staff.

No indoor pool, some barking dogs and only 1 elevator. Overall hotel is in a good place along the boardwalk and close to attraction area.
