The property is really nice and clean. The room was nice and clean. We had a double queen with ocean view and Kitchenette. The room was spacious and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a wonderful stay: large room, nice staffs, great view. Kitchen counter is too small and not enough tools/equipment available. I wish I knew what to bring from home for the kitchen. And please replace the old, cheap Conair hairdryer with something more decent :)

Came off season and loved this hotel and ocean front room with a private balcony, huge living area, full kitchen and huge bathroom! The view and location was perfect for us. Would recommend!

Bed was uncomfortable, screen door to deck came off track too easily and bathroom kept blowing fuse, which was a known issue not communicated upon checkin. Also had to call to find out how to open glass door to balcony-complicated. Restaurant had good service and food.

Everything was functional, but...
This place could be so much better if it got some renovations and updates. Much of the room had some noticeable wear and tear, such as the dings in the refrigerator door, or the mostly-detached floor trim where the carpet and tile meet.
Everything was functional, just dingy, dated, and occasionally damaged.
The staff were friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at Marlin Moon.
I was a bit surprised at the $10/day charge for parking in the hotel's parking deck, which is a nerve wracking tightly packed affair where about 75% of all spaces are adjacent to a support post.
There is a shop on the first floor. I was hoping to get some coffee there as the in-room coffee only gets you so far, but it seems it doesn't open until 8-8:30. I wanted to stop there for some snacks when I returned to the hotel in the early afternoon, but they were already closed. I like when hotels have convenience shops integrated, and this one looked well stocked. I would have liked to have been able to buy things there, but being open for what seems like 4 hours a day makes that difficult. I am guessing at the hours as I didn't see any posted.

总体挺不错的，酒店不大，但是房间里该有的都有了，海景房景观非常好，正面看海，房间也是很干净的。吃了餐厅服务员推荐的早餐，味道很棒，此次体验完美。
就是退房时，想找前台扎头巾的女孩要瓶水带着，她说没有。之前和前台长发胖乎乎的女孩和一位男士沟通都非常的好，那两位友善耐心，前台的一位男士还去过中国香港和上海。
我们通知客房部打扫房间后，他们没有出现。整体来说，客服服务令人愉快……泳池太小了，热水浴缸也坏了三天。
服务非常专业。酒店整洁度一流，地理位置也极佳。
酒店地理位置很好离水上乐园什么的都很近，酒店餐厅早中晚吃的都不错不错，早上看日出很美，但是对于八千多两天这价钱来说设施一般，游泳池不干净，第二天要打电话叫人来打扫卫生然后打扫的很忽悠，卫生有待改善！
