Overall a nice place to stay. A light hot breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable. Carpets slightly worn-otherwise it’s nicely updated. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was great! Including the breakfast staff…. The rooms was not as nice as shown on the web….
The tub looked and was dirty bc it had a lot of black stains….
The toilet wasn’t stable, bc EVERYTIME you sit down to use it, it leans and comes forward…..
They also didn’t have any complementary shampoos, lotions, soaps….
It wasn’t a bad location as it was close to the main shopping *****….

This was not a good location. The first one I was given, had a leak in the air-conditioning and the carpet was soaking wet. The room had a dank, musty smell, and the second room I was given, the bed sheets were stained.
When I walked in the first thing I noticed was big plastic bins underneath a pretty big leak in the ceiling in the lobby area. The front desk person was friendly enough. She was quick to accommodate me when the first room didn’t work out. But, when I went back downstairs to tell her about the dirty linen in my second room, and that I had changed my mind about staying and that I wanted a refund she was definitely not as friendly.

The bedsheets were dirty. It took nearly an hour before someone came up to change them. All the bathroom towels were dirty with stained.

Overall, not bad, but there were big trucks taking up parking spots close to the hotel. I would stay again because staff was super nice!
这次住宿体验非常糟糕，前台工作人员因为我通过App预订并获得了折扣，态度很差。她问我们为什么通过网站预订。她的态度简直糟透了，房卡也一直有问题。第二天早上我儿子去吃早餐，回来后发现房卡被停用了。他去前台，那个工作人员竟然不让他进去。我当时已经离开了酒店，不得不打电话过去，结果她告诉我说是经理让她不让进的。我以后绝不会再住这里，也不建议其他人来住。
电视遥控器的电池没电了，而且里面充满了酸。浴室没有窗帘，也没有门。安全栏坏了；这是我唯一发现的。除此之外，一切都很好。谢谢。
清洁工作糟透了。我以前经常住那里，但最近两次情况更糟了。我投诉了，但他们甚至都没打扫。冰箱状况很差，他们也没换。我不推荐这家酒店。
