The stay met expectations. My TV didn't work, but they fixed it immediately. They gave me some breakfast a few minutes early since I had an early outing. Service was outstanding. The room itself was fine--AC worked well and appreciated the comfortable bed and black-out shades.

Simple King 1 room Suite upgrade. Half wall separates areas. Very comfortable bed. Nice sofa area for sitting. Went across street to Perkins for breakfast.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. It is a no frills - nice sleep hotel. There is not an exercise room but there were places to walk around the hotel.
The breakfast was disappointing with prepackaged rolls and muffins and small juice containers. There were two choices of cereal a sugary one and a common adult type cereal but there was not any oatmeal although there was biscuits and gravy.

I didn’t like that they put me on the second floor, and I had to carry a bunch of luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was minimal. The place is old. Could really use a good facelift, but I did like the bed. It was very comfortable and the pizza place down the street was horrendous would not recommend.

A couple of the front desk ladies were very sweet. The property is old and worn and you have to make it in through an old push door and the staff will watch you struggle to do that with your bags. Things were not very clean or nice but at least they did change linens. The pool was freezing cold and they will only heat it in "winter". Breakfast was wonder bread, cheap cereal and biscuits and gravy. I told staff every morning for a week that there was nothing we could eat as celiacs and the manager refused to change anything. There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room, so you have to go all the way downstairs to the lobby for those things. It was not what we expected.

Clean and very easy to navigate and find everything. Breakfast was great wish it was just a little bit more. Over all my family had a great time.

It's a convenient place to stay; it's close to Deadwood & Perkins is right next door. There is limited transportation to Deadwood. We heard there was a bus, but no one has any information about the bus. There was a big event in Deadwood that we were attending, so the room at the Travellodge, of course, was overpriced -- $177/night plus taxes & fees. It's an older motel, & the room could have been a lot cleaner. The bathroom is set up for a child with a small toilet & a low vanity with one sink. One great thing...the staff were very nice and professional!

The staff was very, very helpful and accommodating. I won't say how as others might abuse their generosity of spirit., but it’s there. ospirit

The check in was easy. The room was comfortable. People were nice. Sink wouldn’t drain was the only negative.
