The room was clean, roomy & on the 1st floor. The on!y thing negative would be the washcloths were not white. They were quite stained but the hand towels & bath towels were white.

Not alot for breakfast but we weren't there for that. There are places very close by that have more for food.
Quiet and clean & affordable. Definitely will rebook when in the area.

Front desk clerk was able to adjust my reservation, when I had entered incorrectly on-line. Kudo to him. Room was clean , bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall everything was good, But, Went to breakfast and most everything was gone. One piece of bread. some cookies. There was cereal and yogurt available.

The room was clean, but it was very hot and the air conditioner was SO loud that you couldn't sleep. The pool is non-functioning and there is only one ice machine...on the bottom floor. No elevator.
Easy to get in and out of.

I had booked there because they had an outdoor pool. I was disappointed to find out it was CLOSED. Also we ate breakfast at 9 a.m. and there was no fresh coffee left there or made. Other than those things, our stay was comfortable.

We got the King bed room for 2 nights.
Pros (10): The room was pretty clean, bed was very comfy, warm blankets, fridge/freezer worked great, excellent water pressure, AC worked great, plenty of chairs, quiet, security cameras outside and inside, and the girl at the front desk was very nice.
Cons (3): Bathroom was pretty small and could've been slightly cleaner, but it wasn't bad. The side entrance near our room does not lock, so anyone could've walked into the hotel (not that I'm personally worried, but others might be).
Overall, I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Surprisingly nice for a 2-star hotel.

Quality Inn Arcola
Seemed like a nice but older hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Room was ok. Floor had older carpet that needs a good cleaning. Turned my white socks brown, so I didnt take my shoes off except to go to bed. Bed was ok and the sheets were clean. Two complaints about the bathroom. First the toilet was loose and it moved when you sat on it. Second, the bathtub had good water pressure. However, when you pulled the faucet lever for the shower only about half the water came out the shower. The faucet leaked a lot of water during shower. Breakfast was good and check out was easy.

总的来说，价格合适，物有所值。我们住的房间闻起来像以前的吸烟房，而且仍然有那种难闻的味道。一开始就是这样。直到按门铃，我才看到前台服务员。食物有点少，没有鸡蛋，果汁机也坏了一半。就像我说的，一分钱一分货。我不会再住那里了。
睡眠还不错，虽然酒店离马路太近，能听到交通噪音。欧陆式早餐说实话简直可笑。只有一块白面包，所有水果看起来都磕碰了，橙汁很酸，华夫饼面糊也兑了水。我不推荐住在这里。
