Room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Hotel had a funny funny smell in lobby/breakfast area. Some type of disinfectant? Really strong and unpleasant.
What no one tells you is there’s a train track next door and the trains come through all night.
Other than that, hotel is a meh. Not bad , not great.

Stayed there while visiting my husband, who is working in the area. The hotel is well kept, affordable with a clean pool and the beds were comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

Air conditioning was excellent, Shower had plenty of hot water, and the room was very clean. Excellent location to enjoy all the sites.

Good for the night...
Beware of the entry driveway - there is a considerably steep incline upon arrival. We laughed about it, but it could scare others or even damage your vehicle if too low to the ground... The room was good, but muggy, sticky, wet, humid. The AC unit was trying to cool the room, but it was just soggy feeling. The breakfast was meagre, but we made it work. We felt safe in the area of town too. Note: it is located near a train track if you are easily bothered too...

This particular room we was in could use some repairs other than that the room was clean and the stay was nice. Breakfast could be better.

We stay here on most of our stays when we visit Mansfield. We have notice over the years the facility has been getting use which is a great thing for the owners. There are some things that need to be repaired d due to wear and tear. The staff is always friendly and helpful. BW is our choice in the city. Thanks for keeping our town on the map with a major hotel chain.
