The hotel is closed, being demolished for a housing project. Am writing this review to let people know NOT to book! The system is requiring more words but there is no need. Closed. Closed. Closed. It’s not open. This should not be listed as an option for hotels in the area

Great location. Phenomenal mattress. No complaints. Front desk folks were very nice and let us check in early. Room was huge. Everything was very clean, very close to the university which was the reason we came. Had fun making the apple cinnamon waffles with the waffle machine. Unlimited complimentary coffee in the lobby, I really don’t understand the negative comments. It’s not the Taj Mahal, but it’s a perfectly fine motel.

Would not Recommend, they don’t clean anything not even the coffee makers I’ve seen roaches crawling into the room door from another room which is so disgusting. There’s mold and hair that they chose to just leave there. Also the people that work there, the meanest snobbiest people I’ve ever met they act like they are so much better than you which is far from it since all they do is sit behind the desk doing nothing not even getting you something you need . I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable

Hotel needs a lot of updates. Dirty and run down. Got our room keys and were told to use entrance B to get into our room. Entrance B did not work with our door fob. So we try entrance C nope out of order. Entrance A Bingo worked. It wouldn’t had been too bad if it wasn’t raining. There is a coffee Keurig in the room with a couple k cups but no coffee cups or sugar, creamers. Asked an employee in housekeeping if I could get some and she said someone would be over with some. Never came. Bed felt like a pull out couch mattress. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Very uncomfortable bed. My husband and I decided to have a couple cocktails and go down to the restaurant for dinner. There is even a menu in the room for Johnnie’s Tavern and we also saw it online. WELL Johnnie’s Taverns has no food! There is Only a sushi restaurant and I’m sorry not everyone likes Sushi. Very disappointing! We had to order grub hub. Very nosy, paper thin walls. Obviously rooms aren’t cleaned well. Tub had a clump of hair in drain. Really gross. We will never stay at this location again and definitely would not recommend. We tried telling a couple employees our dissatisfaction but they didn’t care and in fact said that they have tried telling management, at least regarding the restaurant misrepresentation but they said management doesn’t care! Awful place! Very overpriced!

Went Saturday 8/18 2024. Bathroom had black mold, shower head was covered with debris. Do not go here as it is an unhealthy facility. Front desk agreed with assesment but manager never called back. I am very disappointed as I could not use the bathroom... health hazard.

With the many choices of hotels in the area, this was the only one available. I now know why. Hotel must be original. Everything is old and run down. Nothing is modernized. Only positive is that it is close to the University. Will stay somewhere else next time.

We were supposed to travel home through Vermont. Due to catastrophic flooding, we chose to come back through New York. We stopped in Binghamton on the way back and was gladly accommodated by the Quality Inn and Suites. Even more impressive was that we contacted them not 12 hours before our arrival to see if they could meet our needs. Without hesitation, they were more than glad to do so. A huge thank you goes out to Ellen Johnson and Kathy Mauro for not only accommodating us, but clearing up a misunderstanding about the quoted rate. They were more than amenable to catering to our needs and accommodating us. The hotel is nothing special. What it is, is clean, safe, and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of space in the room for our belongings. There was an in-room fridge and a large flat screen TV. We didn't use it, but there is a spotless outdoor pool, a workout room, even a place to grab some grub. The parking lot was more than able to accommodate not only us, but whoever else was staying there. Again, not a Four Seasons, but for what we needed, this really was PERFECT. If you're passing through Binghamton and need a safe, comfortable and reliable place to stop for the night, kick your feet up, and recover from a long drive, this is the place I would recommend.

We stayed at the Quality Inn for Binghamton graduation…We were shocked by how worn and outdated the rooms are. The bathroom faucets, shower, etc. haven’t been touched in decades. The tiles above the shower were broken and dingy. The room lacked basic modern amenities like charging plugs for i-phones. Our first floor room looked directly out into parking spaces, which made it feel more like a road-site motel, and not particularly safe. Very disappointing, especially for how much they charge.
酒店地理位置还行,但早餐及住宿环境卫生一般
浴室沐浴之后水会从门的方向流出来
