We didn't end up staying. We were shocked and highly disappointed that the pet fee was 250.00 for one night. Absolutely ridiculous!

My wife really liked the hooks in the bathroom, and the access to beach was excellent. Plus we got to fly a kite and see a wedding, classic!

Most everything was well above standard. However, the A/C in my room was very "clangy" and loud and cost me a good night's sleep. And, there was a used vape unit on the roof directly outside my window, which was a bit unsightly. Other than those things, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the facility is beautiful.

Clean room, all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Lots of options on site and within walking distance, and the OC bus has a stop right out front.

Hit with an unexpected fee at check in. Staff unresponsive to basic requests. Heat did not work when we checked in. Room was clean and as advertised. Staff ignored basic requests.

The restaurant and staff were really great. There was an incident on our floor that called for us to leave due to feeling uncomfortable. But otherwise the stay was wonderful.
