The whole floor smells like smoke. The smoke detector had been taken down in our room (either by a previous resident or by the hotel; unsure) and had not been put back up. The plumbing clogged and we couldn’t initially find a plunger. We tried to call for help during the night while the lobby was closed and couldn’t reach anyway. I guess if you get locked out of your room after 10pm, you just figure it out? The mattress is hard as a rock and we got three thin pillows for two people.
The guy who checked us in was very nice!!!

The room was not handicapped like they said it was on the second floor no elevator it smelled like pot. The beds were worn out. I will not stay there again.

This hotel was clean and smelled nice. The hotel was dated, could be a little more modern in appearance.

There was roaches in my room- the cleaning lady left my door unlocked with my personal belongings in there and didn’t show back up to complete my room until I had been in the room for over an hour( one could only imagine how confused I was when I came back after 1pm to find my room wide open and no one present)- walking down the hall way to get to the “non smoking” room reaked of ****.
我不会再住那里了。开了4个小时的车之后，我却等了30分钟才办理入住拿到房间。然后，我刚把东西放好没多久，他们就问我是否想换房间。那种情况下问我，简直不是时候。另外，虽然我住的是二楼的无烟房，但走到房间的走廊和楼梯间都弥漫着烟味。免费早餐也很普通，选择很少，这让我的入住体验更糟了。
