Nice clean rooms. Only had 1 issue with desk chair but was repaired immediately. Jason was extremely friendly. And helpful

Amazing hotel!
I love staying here when I'm in the area for business. Especially when Don is working. I love his special little touches and that he makes it personal. Been staying at this hotel for 3 years straight for 9 weekends in a row each time!

The carpet was undone where I tripped in the room, the toilet ran all night I was told by the overnight staff"nothing I can do". Morning staff did apologize

It was very easy to check in and they offered late checkout at 1 o’clock, which is awesome. It was wonderful.
