舒适
房间有厨房很好,早歺没有餐厅,最简单的自取早餐
味道难闻,包含的早餐只有咖啡、热巧克力、松饼、燕麦片和能量棒。大床最后变成了双人床,地板黏糊糊的。更糟糕的是,我们早上7点离开的时候,带着所有行李就出门了,本来想着10点左右再回来休息一会儿,结果房间已经打扫好了,准备迎接下一位客人,而我们11点才退房。我不推荐这家酒店。
非常失望。前台服务糟糕透了。我被打了两次手机,其中一次语音留言说房间不干净。我回拨过去,他们说房间超额预订,却没有道歉。然后就被扣了住宿费。我打电话给理赔办公室,目前理赔仍在审理中。这真是一次糟糕的体验。我被迫在短时间内在另一家酒店支付了更高的费用。这应该由商业改进协会调查。我应该向*******还是酒店退款?我左右为难。
价格过高。这种酒店你估计要花不到100美元才能住。房间确实很干净。但早餐简直是笑话(只有预先包装好的松饼和燕麦棒)。这栋楼急需更新和维护。基本上就是个装了花哨的汽车旅馆。
住宿还行。房间很干净,床很舒服,有真正的毯子(而不是现在一些经济型酒店使用的聚酯床罩)。总的来说,这家酒店看起来相当破旧。“早餐”是在大厅喝咖啡,还有一个篮子,里面有 3 个看起来像女主人的纸杯蛋糕/松饼,还有一个篮子,里面有 5 个营养谷物。不是真正的早餐。不过还不错;没有什么大的抱怨,总体来说还可以。
最糟糕的住宿
我预订的是一间大床房。我和女朋友一起入住。前台人员告诉我,大床房已经订满了,但还有两间满员的。我说不用担心。然后他看着我的女朋友问是不是只有我们两个人,我说是的。然后他竟然厚颜**地问我,我预订了一间只有一张床的房间。我觉得这很不尊重人,不关他的事。如果酒店不接受同性伴侣,那么它应该在网站上说明这一点。我不会把钱花在不受欢迎的地方。
