The Hotel was dimly lit for lighting. The front sliding door was struggling to open from time to time. The arcade was poorly kept up. The kings suite was decent size, yet lacked a mountain view as described. The room was decently clean, but old and tired. Breakfast was basic and a lot of premade store items. Staff seemed to be lacking in existence. Lights are turned off in many areas that lacked traffic, making it more univiting to provide that traffic. Its not terrible, but its not amazing either. If your there just to sleep and than spend your day sight seeing, its an option. But I certainly dont feel it was worth the price it cost.

No towels in the pool area either night we stayed. When I asked for towels the only response I got was “we must be out”.

The hot tub was not even warm, same as the pool. There was no wi+fi and they couldn't fix it. The guy at the counter was very helpful, his boss would not return his calls about the problems. I ended up leaving after 2 hours, with a full refund.

The room was large and quiet, and they started breakfast a little early for those of us doing the Mickelson Fall bike ride and helped point us in the direction of food.

First the concierge put in the wrong credit card info so my card was kicked back. Room was reserved for a king but was given two queens, and the room had no wash clothes

The hotel is in walking distance to conviences. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

It was showing small signs of running down a bit but service food and hospitality is fine
