We had to change rooms because the tv would not work. Then, we had to visit the front office 6 times because the key cards would not work. The staff was helpful, just never expected the key problem.

It was 97 degrees outside when we arrived and was disappointed that the pool was closed for the summer season. We would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and got us in/out quickly without any problems. The bed was comfy and actually clean. The bathroom light was a little iffy,the door to the bathroom was hard to close properly,and one of the chairs at breakfast was broken at the back. We didn’t realize until it was too late. The breakfast options were on point though.

I like that it was conveniently closed to HW but I didn’t like that the TV wasn’t working and the sofa didn’t have any sheets or pillows to be used. I had to call the front desk to get what I needed. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and she even offered to change my room which I disregarded because I was very tired. The staff was friendly but the room wasn’t up to the standards of a Holiday Inn. I was expecting something better.
