酒店回复: Thank you for your online review. We do clean rooms after every third day just like most hotel chains. If you are only stay for 2 nights we don’t service your room unless upon request. I am sorry if upon checkin you didn’t understand the policy or it wasn’t explained to you, but I will reinforce it with our front desk. I am glad to here the rest of your stay was great. Very dirty. Clearly black mold all over shower. Constant door slamming all day and night. Looks like people live there. It looks like a "worker" hotel where low grade guests seem to live. People leave trash out in the halls. Hot tub is broken. Lazy ownership and management. One of the worst Choice hotels I have seen. Very dirty, very noisy, and low grade "guests." Motel 6 of Choice hotels.

The hotel was very clean including the room. We could hear the people above us walking around. We did laundry $4 a load. I checked the dryer at 45 minutes and the clothes were still wet. After another $4 they dry. Breakfast was cold.

Tons of trash underneath both beds and I even found a knife down there. Very old ice chest and an old underwear greeted us in the parking lot as well as tons of trash at the entrance. A/C blew warm. Originally booked the wrong date on ******* and tried to cancel at front desk and they said to go through *******. And now neither entity can give me a refund.
