酒店回复: Thank you for your online review. We do clean rooms after every third day just like most hotel chains. If you are only stay for 2 nights we don’t service your room unless upon request. I am sorry if upon checkin you didn’t understand the policy or it wasn’t explained to you, but I will reinforce it with our front desk. I am glad to here the rest of your stay was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room. I walk with a cane and did have problems getting the front door to open when I approached it. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

Very dirty. Clearly black mold all over shower. Constant door slamming all day and night. Looks like people live there. It looks like a "worker" hotel where low grade guests seem to live. People leave trash out in the halls. Hot tub is broken. Lazy ownership and management. One of the worst Choice hotels I have seen. Very dirty, very noisy, and low grade "guests." Motel 6 of Choice hotels.

The hotel was very clean including the room. We could hear the people above us walking around. We did laundry $4 a load. I checked the dryer at 45 minutes and the clothes were still wet. After another $4 they dry. Breakfast was cold.
