Awful experience. Someone spilled a drink on the floor before us, and it wasn't cleaned. The tub faucet dripped, and the solution seemed to be to remove the drain plug to reduce the noise, but I could still hear it.

Room was not clean. TV remote did not work. Worst of all. Woke up at 3am itching. Thoroughly bitten by bed bugs.

I can’t believe that this building meets code but desperate with no hotels available in ELKO due to mining expo.

Elevator quit working so I had to take the stairs. Key to room didn’t work. Driveway into parking lot was full of potholes.

In good condition, pretty new, clean, check in easy , but brief, no extra information about the area. Price is good. Near the freeway and lots of semis but not to noisy considering, ok for a night stopover.

The room was very dirty. There were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling in our room. The toilet constantly ran. The shower curtain was not long enough so the water from the shower just went out to the floor.Ice machine did not work even on the second floor ice machine did not work. The free breakfast was very basic. The guy who checked us in at the front desk, was not friendly at all.
房间非常脏，墙上滴着水滴，马桶周围脏兮兮的，冰箱里还有残留的食物残渣，咖啡滤纸也破了，毛巾上也有污渍。我预订这家酒店是因为酒店提供早餐。但每天都是这样的，真是令人失望。麦片又老又不新鲜，牛奶也过期了，果汁盒看起来像是被人喝过一样，我住的时候，糖浆瓶一直敞开着，周围区域从来没人擦拭或打扫过。除了冰箱里过期的麦片和过期的饮料，什么吃的都没有。前台也从来没人。真是太失望了。
房间有些地方需要彻底清洁。咖啡机积满灰尘，电源插座也从墙上掉了下来。不安全，而且无法使用。床很舒服。
