Air conditioning was not working. 3rd day toilet was clogged. On 5th day toilet was clogged again. While taking shower found out body wash dispenser was EMPTY.
Breakfast was always the same.
Staff were not so customer friendly. Etc., etc.

never got Checked in .. wouldn't accept either Card and /or Cash deposit ( had Stacks)! Wouldn't work with me .. call main line, Nothing. Sorry , your Card isnt working .. anything else can help you with ... uh..

Unexpected location behind a small plaza, but still easy to find. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff was friendly when we were checking in.
We weren’t expecting much and the room still disappointed us. It was a Saturday night and it was quite expensive, so I was surprised to find old food in the fridge. The towel they hung also had a weird red stain on it with a big hole … Needless to say, we felt it was greatly overpriced for what we got. We are fine with old and outdated, but cleanliness is a MUST for us.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There was an awful smell in the hallway, which was supposed to be due to new wallpaper being installed.
The breakfast was excellent, which was unexpected!!

提前入住了三楼的房间，把行李放好后发现电视坏了。这下好了，又得把所有东西收拾起来，搬到一楼去。水龙头流出来的水有股硫磺味，木地板也很糟糕，早餐种类又少又难吃。总而言之，我不会再住这里了。
