The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, the toilet was yellow inside like it hadn’t been cleaned and the shower looked the same. I did not feel like I was staying in a clean place. If I would have been there more than one night I would have left and went somewhere else.

Tried to charge my 250 dollars and another 50 dollars plus never returned my 50 dollar deposit. Showed me a pillow case that had lipstick on it and a picture of cigarette butts in it saying we smoked in the room but either one of us smoke so its impossible..

No hot water in the shower. Had to to do the full check in process even though they sent me a text 2 days before to do an early check in. Felt very scammy

1st room dirty, moved use to another but spraye d enough frebreze that was over powering. Went to get snacks out of vending machines and both items were out of date by 3 months, manger stated would have to wait till vending company to refund me. Hot tub out of order. We left at 6am the next day.

While the person at the desk went over the "don't s"
He said "Leave no stains on the linens.". Wow! I have never been told that before and found it to be in very poor taste. Also the bedding did not smell fresh. The pillows particularly. The bathtub had a gap between the faucet and the wall... No fan I. The bathroom although it appeared there might be.
