The price is right, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, they welcome dogs, it's quiet, and the breakfast was definitely better than our most recent Comfort Inn stays - just a better selection of food. On this road trip we stayed at two different Comfort Inns, and we won't hesitate to stay there in the future. One issue was the discarded cigarette butts in the shrubs and on the big rock right at the entrance. Clean it up! And that's with one of the butt disposal stands right there. You can't teach manners to some people.

Beware of added charges, such as in room safe charge. Upon check in, the price I was told did not mirror the price I booked online. Front desk assistant could not explain why, but said that the $3.00 additional must be a change in taxes (how could this be - it’s an even number). After leaving, I examined the detailed statement and discovered that we were charged $1.50 per night for two nights for an in room safe that we neither requested, used, nor could verify that it was present in the room. Had to dispute with credit card as the hotel franchise was not responsive and corporate office advised to be reimbursed from hotel franchise.

Just your basic Comfort Inn, like those located in any small town in the USA. Quiet, comfy bed and clean so just about all you need. Located less than 20 minutes from the Field of Dreams movie site so perfect for baseball fans. Be sure to book on a Friday and Saturday night as teams travel from all over to play at the site.

Took our baseball team/families to Dyersville to play in the Field of Dreams tournament. Hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants, simple parking. Rooms and property were clean. Breakfast was limited but met basic needs. Kids enjoyed the pool and bicycles. The staff were very accommodating, especially Angie at the front desk.

Nice motel and convenient location. Comfortable room, nice staff, decent breakfast. I would recommend anyone staying here that finds themselves in the area. Staff also recommended places to go and directions. Plenty of pillows and comfy bed

Clean, quiet, outside, reasonably priced
Excellent hotel, not noisy outside or inside, but we were not there during the kids baseball season. Plenty of parking, a little tight if you pulling a trailer. Subway Quiznos is a close by along with McDonald's but that's about it. Breakfast area is extremely small so get your food and go back to your room and eat or go outside. We were there mid March, very cold. We would stay here again, the lady in the evening. Check-in was awesome.

We were traveling through the area and needed lodging. The facility is mixed into the end of a neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The parking lot does not have a lot of room for big or towed vehicles. Facility was well maintained, staff was goods, rooms were clean. A little pricy for Comfort standards but there were few selections in the area.

Hotel was good , people need to check restrooms. The toilet in the lobby restroom was clogged for the 2 days we were there, and the one in the pool area out of toilet paper., And employees just sitting behind counter. The crate in the hot is dangerous, someone cut there toe and the person working didn't even close the hot tub or check on the person just gave them a pool towel to put on his bleeding toe.
