We had bed bugs in our room ,and then was not compensated anything. We went home. Its caused us to cut vacation short and go home and wash everything we had .

Our room was comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. We have been traveling for two weeks and have stayed in many hotels along the way. We commented that the breakfast we had here was the best we’ve had.
The location to our stop to visit the Apostle Islands was great and the price very reasonable.

The shower side if the bathroom door looked like black mold was on it, The vanity faucet leaked water onto the counter, the bathroom door rubbed on the tile floor in the shower side, paint chipping off walls by the beds. and the toilets are way too tight to the wall that so much so that you are actually rubbing up against the wall. Now outside the east exterior stair stringer is rotten to the core, I took pictures in case anyone want proof. be careful. We had booked for 2 nights and after the first night we tried to check out and were told that because we went thru a booking agency they could not refund the 2nd night. So we ended up paying over $600.00 for one night .

Loved the rooms, the lay out, the pool, the breakfast. The property is dated and needs some repair (ie paint) but i will stay there again!

Good variety for breakfast. Plenty room for parking with a trailer. A little pricey for our September stay. Enjoyed our two door room, one to the parking lot, and one about 10 feet to the pool

Short toilets in the room. Outside I would think better seating to watch the lake. One photo showed a deck over the lake it was from the second floor and small.
Another waffle maker so guests don’t feel rushed.

Low shower
I'm 6 foot, 5. The shower head was shoulder height for me. The room smelled a little musty. Otherwise it was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast not stocked quickly. Pool area was wonderful. But in general the property looked tied and worn - much in need of paint and better cleaning. Great beds and linens. Not great for the price point of almost 300.00/night!!!
