Staff was great. Room looked nice but none of the outlets in the lamps actually worked. Also, it was 45F outside but the room’s heat wouldn’t go above 65. Good thing the bed was comfortable and the blankets were warm! Also no one made sure the soap dispensers were filled before we were assigned the room so I spent the day smelling like my daughter since she bright her own body soap.

The place is old and not updated. Furniture broken in the room. From outside to inside needs cleaned and refurbished! Not worth the money. May as well stay in motel 6 or a red roof inn.

The bathroom shower was real nasty. The parking lot and entrance had potholes. The man at the front desk tried to tell me my card was declined and tried to get me to pay cash for my room.

When I checked in the pest control was spraying rooms, I thought normal maintenance. However, at breakfast I did see a bug near the breakfast area. They are handling the issue.

Bathrooms are not well cleaned and maintained. Need to get back to basics on breakfast, too prefab and dry pastry. Needs real eggs and fresh baked pastries. Bed and linings perfect. Bug spraying needed badly.

Disgusting.
Absolutely disgusting from the dirty worn hallway to the dead bug to someone else’s hair in the shower to the black mold to the tepid coffee. Milledgeville hotels literally have a captive audience and never fail to charge big city prices for absolute flophouse facilities.
