No complaints about the room, the pool however could use a good pressure washing and the slide stairs need to be replaced immediately. Rusting apart and holes, very nerve racking. The food.. maybe get a second waffle maker and put it in a different spot so the rest of the food isn't blocked. We didn't know half of what was there because of everyone blocking it. All the food was very processed.

Staff and room were great, our door kept sticking so we had to really pull or push to open or close it. The ceiling in the pool looks to be getting worked on from flooding but they had it open so guests could use it. Great breakfast!

Stayed for one night as we were traveling to Rapid City. Loved the pool and slide. Hot tob was nice. Pretty good continental breakfast. Hotel was off of a main road so we didn't have to go to far out of the way to get food, and shopping. It's also pretty close to the Corn Palace. Had a great stay and will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we make this trip again in the future!

Parking sucks, construction stopped at 9 pm! Room looked okay but smelled really musty. Found an ear plug in the bedding. Left at 4 am~ couldn’t sleep there

Light did not work over sink and vanity. They placed a small lamp by the sink. Couldn't see to put on makeup. Coffee pot did not work.

we picked this hotel for the pool area, but it was never mentioned that the pool was closed for Constuction. The halls smelled of the smell of curry, and very musty, and a lot of dead bugs were in the hall near the ice machine

We liked the overall atmosphere. The staff were very curtious and welcoming. The biggest disappointment when we arrived was that the pool/ waterslide was closed.
But found out it was due to a leaking ceiling that was beyond there control during a recent storm after i had booked rooms.
They felt terrible about the situation and tried to see if we could use the waterslide in another hotel in town. It was college weekend so everything was booked. Then when we checked out he stated he was sorry once again. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. When we do a return visit we will stay here again.
The breakfast was great. Forgot to mention to staff that the shower door knob was loose and needs fixed. Thanks

It’s a mediocre hotel. The pools need to be deep cleaned and the staff needs to do a better job of enforcing the rules in the pool area. Our first day there was a large extended family that let their kids run wild, they had pizza and drinks in the pool area and the kids were dropping food in the pool. The parents just sat around laughing. The pools were dirty and needed cleaning. Rooms and hotel in general needs a remodel.
