Room was clean spacious, staff was great. Chef was sick but staff was accommodating to all our needs. Thank you. Will attend again soon

The room was good. Just need updated tv. Smart tv they are cheap these days. To save on water and tissue update toilets with bidet

Yes the Staff were courteous and friendly. The room was clean but recently refurbished. Some minor conditions were experienced and I revied them with the staff at the desk so that future occupants will not be subjected to the same experience. The were receptive to the information.

Room had all we needed altho color scheme is pretty outdated. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great!

Staff went far and beyond helping my disabled sister with her walker and assisting my disabled sister up the stairs!!

Parking was adequate, well lit lot. Renovations going on so very construction site vibe. Room seemed half renoed, mattress was old and saggy but floors and decor was updated. Coffee very weak at breakfast, dogs in breakfast area were very off putting.
Was a quiet place to spend the night near stadium of ESU.

The room and facilities were well laid out, especially given the tight property’s footprint. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful at each of the main desk, breakfast, and restaurant areas.
