房间里根本就没什么东西,根本就没必要出事:没有面巾纸,没有漱口杯……甚至连一块史上最便宜的肥皂都没有。
333房间的门根本关不严。
糟糕的酒店
我到房间的时候,床上没有床单,房间看起来就像有人开始打扫但还没打扫完一样。我告诉值班的服务员,他递给我床单让我铺床。我要求换一间房,他说那是最后一间了。我要求退款。这是一次糟糕的体验,我不会推荐住在这家酒店。
绝对是史上最糟糕的酒店体验。入住时马桶已经堵了。现场没有维修人员。前台给了我一个便宜的疏通器让我自己动手。马桶怎么也疏不通。换房间也订不到。以后再也不住 Extended Stay 了。退房后马桶仍然堵塞。
这家酒店给 Extended Stay America Suites 带来了坏名声。
由于人手不足,我们比预定的入住时间晚了一个小时才入住。“套房”这个词简直就是个笑话。小厨房又旧又脏,而且没有任何厨具。通常来说,长住体验都很不错,但这家酒店却非常破败,人手不足,而且由于入住时间太晚,我们甚至没能及时赶到演出现场。
下午 2:50 被告知房间尚未准备好。我在外面等着,没有人进出他们给我的房间,下午 3:20 办理了入住手续。凌晨 12:40 听到墙上的敲击声,听起来像是洗衣机坏了,持续了几分钟,把我吵醒了,我很不高兴

糟糕的办事方式
我抵达小镇的当天下午4点30分左右,酒店取消了我的预订,尽管我从家出发走了几个小时,酒店却告诉我房间已经售罄。我提前三天预订的,这种不便实在令人无法接受。
床垫很舒服,玩完碰碰车后,我们在庆祝站踢足球。大房间已经用完了,所以我们订了两间带两张床的房间。周末我们吃爆米花、看电影,还去了 Friendly cry 附近的风铃花园。
