Understaffed. Check-in was no easy using ******* made the employee have to check it on another computer was extremely confused didn’t see my payment tried charging me again- making our check in EXTREMELY long.
The rooms, halls, elevator literally everywhere was dirty.
The pool smelt like a sewage.
I did not feel comfortable with my kids in this area.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our soccer team. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay next time we’re in the area.

Locust Grove hidden gem
Staff was exceptional and supportive. I didnt like that we must pay $25 for early check-in if the room is ready and available. The location was great for shopping

Great hotel for my wife and kids and they drove to Florida for an overnight from Indiana

The check in was very slow, then they charged me the wrong amount. I'm still waiting to make sure they credit back the extra fees. I really liked the room and a hot breakfast. I got there too late to check out the amenities.

We had trouble getting into the facility when we got off the highway. It was difficult to access. We finally found how to get in. We had to drive thru the BP gas station to get into the facility. The bed was comfortable food options were good.

Both times I tried to call the front desk there was no answer until the call timed out.
