The room was spacious. Saw two bugs! The pool was closed for repairs. 😟. I make hotel selections based on availability of a pool. A swim helps me unwind after a long day of driving. Hotel should have notified me of the pool closure - or I should have been partially comped for the misrepresentation of amenities.

Stay away!!
This hotel brand is usually very good. We checked in front desk lady very helpful and nice. All amenity closed (pool, workout area, ect).
Went to our room was dirty looked like it dust was there for a while bathroom smelled musty. Sheets dirty one missing comforter.
So I went and requested another room.
New room bathroom was musty. Found hair behind the bathroom trash can. Ac broke!! Sleep was terrible. Was going to check out but toughed it through. House cleaning didn’t even show. Will never stay here again!! Only pleasant part was the front desk.

I was very disappointed. Room looked fine, but theTV, microwave and refrigerator were all unplugged. We needed to move the furniture to access outlets. The electrical cord on microwave did not reach any outlet and required relocation. Bathroom fan did not work and the sun blocking curtains on our west-facing window were not wide enough to cover the window. Wi-Fi did not work. I expected better.

Hot tub & gym closed
Our experience was fine, just would have appreciated an email update that the gym, pool, & hot tub were all closed. After a 10 hour drive we were really looking forward to getting some exercise & a soak.

Pool and gym weren’t working, and we had zero cleaning services in our room during a 4 day stay. Our trash was overflowing, out of towels and toilet paper. I complained to the front desk, and was told they were busy with checkins but would try to get to us. Horrible service!

Breakfast was standard for hotel. Nothing exceptional. Room was clean.

早餐工作人员显然很热爱自己的工作；他们友好热情，与其他员工的互动也很愉快。
值晚班的年轻女士显然工作积极性较低。听到客人到来或电梯门打开的声音，我觉得保持警惕并坐起来说“晚上好”是正常的。但办公桌椅几乎保持水平倾斜，她实际上是躺在那里看手机，而不是坐在椅子上。她几乎连一句“嘿”都没说，但我从未见过有人坐在前台，看起来如此不受欢迎。真尴尬。

管理很棒，热早餐很棒，有香肠、鸡蛋、饼干和热肉桂卷！泳池区很有趣，工作人员非常友好，他们还做了孩子们喜欢的饼干作为晚间小吃😃🙌
工作人员和酒店房间一如既往地棒极了，但泳池却差强人意。不知道他们是否需要把水排干，换上淡水，但泳池确实需要注意。
