They don't have a continental breakfast. They don't have a breakfast like other Holiday Inn Express. They don't even have free coffee.
I don't like their 25.00 charge up front promising a credit within days after leaving. There is no paperwork stating this. Even at check out.

Pool was closed, room was dirty and full of box elder bugs, they refused to refund our room even after checking out 15 minutes after check in. They advertised a kiddie area is the main reason for booking here and we are traveling with a 2&4 year old. We had stayed here 2 years ago and the pool was also closed but the room was clean. They didn’t notify us about the pool at check in either and the manager was rude at check out. We ended up going to the Microtel and had a much better experience!

The front desk attendant was absent and had to be called to check in and the property was just dirty. It needed a good vacuuming.

Counter staff was really helpful and nice. I believe the check in was Sarah...did not get the check out guys name, but he was great!

Great area. Easy to get to. Room is a nice size.
Bed was not very comfortable and tv is really small. Refrigerator is loud when running.

The room was spacious. Saw two bugs! The pool was closed for repairs. 😟. I make hotel selections based on availability of a pool. A swim helps me unwind after a long day of driving. Hotel should have notified me of the pool closure - or I should have been partially comped for the misrepresentation of amenities.

值晚班的年轻女士显然工作积极性较低。听到客人到来或电梯门打开的声音，我觉得保持警惕并坐起来说“晚上好”是正常的。但办公桌椅几乎保持水平倾斜，她实际上是躺在那里看手机，而不是坐在椅子上。她几乎连一句“嘿”都没说，但我从未见过有人坐在前台，看起来如此不受欢迎。真尴尬。

管理很棒，热早餐很棒，有香肠、鸡蛋、饼干和热肉桂卷！泳池区很有趣，工作人员非常友好，他们还做了孩子们喜欢的饼干作为晚间小吃😃🙌
工作人员和酒店房间一如既往地棒极了，但泳池却差强人意。不知道他们是否需要把水排干，换上淡水，但泳池确实需要注意。
