It was a safe place to sleep, however the room was not clean. Sure, the sheets and bedding were changed, but the room itself was dirty. The air conditioner had a bad smell, baseboards and food were gross, and the bathroom still had hairs in it and the toilet wasn’t clean. I had to wipe down all surfaces myself and the cloth was so dirty after. The properly seems worn down and could use some renovating. There were also some gnats and spiders in the room, but no bedbugs, so that’s a plus. The noise level was good, and the area seemed safe. I don’t think I would stay again because of the cleanliness, I felt like I couldn’t fully relax.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hard mattress to lumpy small pillows. Very uncomfortable sleep

男员工对待女员工的方式让我非常不舒服。当时女员工正试图帮助我解决预订时遇到的问题，男经理走了进来，在女员工试图帮忙时，他却让她闭嘴，这太不专业了，我为她感到难过。她是唯一一个真正提供帮助的人，而她的老板却径直走了进来，把事情弄得一团糟，还对员工如此粗暴。
他们搞砸了我的预订，所以我泰然处之，主动提出付费升级我原先预订的房间。夜班经理/客房服务员说，即使我愿意支付差价，她也无法在*******前批量升级预订。我预定的房间当时是空的，酒店入住率不到一半。早餐很差，鸡蛋打散了，华夫饼机也坏了。培根也很糟糕。
对 Orbitz 很失望。我预付了预订费，但到达后，最佳西方酒店的客服人员却告诉我们“Orbitz (*******) 信用卡被拒了”。虽然我们已预付了房费，但客服人员却说“必须取消预订，重新预订”，直到我把 Orbitz/******* 信用卡的款项还清为止。
