The bedding was clean and check-in was friendly, but it was noisy with door seals not in tact and concerning tenants. The shower, light fixtures, and doors are in dire needs of upgrades

This room was not worth the $90 I was charged. I had to park my car in the front of the building and walk around the dark corner to the back of the building. As soon as I walked around the corner it smelled like a group of 10 had all smoked the biggest joints of their lives. Upon entering the room it was an immediate shock as nothing looked like the pictures. My room was an adjoining room with someone I didn’t know. The occupants in the other room had small kids and a baby. The gap around the adjoining door was so bad that it felt like the crying baby was in our bed all night. I was woken up around 2 am to the smell of probably that earlier group smoking the 2nd largest joint of their lives. The smell was coming from not only the gap in the interior door, but also the gap in the exterior door. Our entire room and all of our belongings smelled like **** by the time we left the room at 7 am. I understand that the **** could possibly be a chance encounter and not the responsibility of the motel, but the inside of the room and maintenance is completely the responsibility of the motel. I wish I could attach photos of the rusty fixtures and outlets to give you the warning to not touch anything metal in that room. Anything that had metal on it was rusted. I’ve recently had a tetanus shot, but I still didn’t take any chances. The shower also had a leak in the ceiling. Who knows where that water was coming from. My husband and I will never stay in a Quality Inn again.

Excellent stay .... although it was an older hotel it was exactly what I needed for "2" days !!! Clean and good bed and good pillows !!! No bells nor whistles but "2" nights for one pricing !!!! Other hotels adjacent and nearby were much more expensive and I wasn't entertaining guests I was sleeping and a place to chill ....

Staff was nice but the room wasn't very good.

It wasn't great. When we got there they ended up giving us the wrong room. The one I reserved had a couch and a king bed. But the lady at the desk was polite and gave me the correct room without much hassle. The new room wasnt great either though. The TV technically worked, but it had white light spots on the screen like the tv is going out...the ac worked, but the heat did not, we tried turning it all the way up to 90 degree's which was the max, but it was still blowing cold. THe wifi also wasnt very good. The first day it worked pretty well...but the next two days it was in and out the entire time. The staff was polite...but there was just too much wrong with the room.

The coffee maker ddn't work, the hair dryer only worked intermittently, the TV remote was disgusting, the tub drain plug was stuck in the drain. But the bed was comfortable.

1/4" open crack under door that would allow good sized bugs / roaches to crawl right in. Room smells of cigarette smoke. There was a small flying bug ?? Mosquito in the sink. All lights are very dim. I've stayed at much less expensive motels that were very clean. No frig in room

We came here because we had to evacuate for hurricane Milton. The gentleman at the desk was so friendly. We appreciate everything he did for us. The hotel has the nicest staff. The area around it has everything you need. We definitely appreciated it.
