I would do 0 stars if I could. This place is disgusting and I hope anyone looking for a place to stay is reading this before booking. I would rather sleep in my car. Instant terrible odor, shredded curtains in the windows, wallpaper coming off the walls everywhere, dirty carpet everywhere. We felt unsafe and like an inconvenience to the staff. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Worth the drive to stay in Niles or elsewhere. There were 0 cars in the parking lot when we got there, which should’ve been our first red flag. Seriously- plan to sleep in your car before considering staying here.

No outside locks on doors so anyone could enter without a key. Room door lock broken. Carpet in room was wet. Breakfast area was dirty. Awful experience. I would be humiliated to have name attached to this place

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!! Where do I begin..First doesn't expect Wyndham rewards account, next you have the ALCOHOLIC house keeper that definitely DOESN'T CLEAN lives there yelling at people and cussing at children.Then Comes the DIRTY SISTER duo Doris and Tiffany working the front desk they don't even know how to operate the hotel computer... Homeless junkies live in the stairwells!! Saw a man taking a crap behind the dumpster..every hallway smells like urine and nasty.... Wyndham should take there name off this..If you ever wondered what it was like to be in a TRAP house then you should definitely check this this hole out!!

There was no one at the front desk and a note on the front door with a number to call. No one answered the number and it was about 1130 at night. There was a homeless encampment in the parking lot and they were drug attic’s walking around like zombies I called Wyndham’s 800 number and they promised I would get a call back, which I never received. I’m still waiting for my refund.

The room had no microwave, coffee pot, fridge, ice bucket, drinking glasses, only 1 washrag, pool was empty, and there were quite a few people who were actually living there, no extra blankets, the tables for breakfast were all put together

MULTIPLE MAJOR COMPLAINTS: 1. We checked in Saturday afternoon. At 12:30AM Sunday 7/23/23, we were suddenly awoken by staff knocking at the door. This man did not introduce himself. He told us, "You do not have a reservation and you have not paid for your room." I booked this room months prior on Priceline and was made to feel so very unwelcome and unsafe by this encounter. We received a printed receipt underneath the door Monday morning before check-out, stating no balance was owed. I remain suspicious of the way this hotel is operating. I believe they might be managed improperly and making sketchy arrangements unknown to corporate leadership. 2. Hotel room REEKED of cigarette smoke. It smelled as if we were sleeping in an ashtray. 3. Pets allowed inside hotel. A dog was barking almost CONTSANTLY through the night. I signed a deposit during check-in stating pets and smoking indoors were NOT ALLOWED 4. Unkept personal belongings in rear of hotel. There was a group of trash and camping chairs that appeared to be property of a couple locals living inside the hotel. I understand staying in the hotel, but these drunk creeps were hanging outside all night and made unwanted comments to me and my girlfriend multiple times throughout our stay. She was made to very unsafe and so we no longer parked in the rear of the building. 5. Pool advertised. The pool was empty We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

It is more of a place that people live short term rather than a hotel and bus it represents that. It was so stinky outside and I don’t know what caused the smell, but it also went inside and gave us sore throats.

Let's start by saying this place is a utter cesspool beware before you book, for one the pool is not open there is a outdoor BBQ grill in it with clothes like someone is living in the pool it smells horrible inside the lobby and hallways i did not get a chance to get in a room because there is nobody to check you in, there are 3 numbers to call for service and nobody answer's them I tried to check in because I made reservations online through Wyndham and was going to give it a shot because its so close to the ****** until I seen how awful this hotel is I called corporate and canceled my reservations immediately so I wouldn't be charged and the whole time it took canceling with corporate about 30 minutes there was still nobody at the desk so I stood for a total of a hour and a half still nobody I don't care how close it is to the ****** I'd rather sleep under a bridge then in that cesspool, Wyndhams should pull their corporateship from this location beware before you book here take my word you will regret it
我们办理入住的时候，前台一个人都没有， пришлось打两个电话。一个男的说他会派人过来，大概5-10分钟后一个穿着睡衣、浑身酒气的女人来了。我的房卡没用，还得再去找她。房间里有异味，浴室天花板和浴帘上都有霉菌。满分10分我给0分，完全不推荐。
我到酒店后，前台那位女士竟然想再收我一次钱，可我明明已经付过了。我刚进大门，就发现泳池是关闭的，而且泳池房里还有一张脏兮兮的沙发。因为他们又要我付钱，我没再往里走就离开了。我永远不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
