The hotel did not live up to the reviews. Room needed updating and better cleaning of the bathroom floor and shower. The outside of the fridge door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast was not very good. The sausage and hash browns were over cooked. Staff were friendly. Overall Disappointed with our stay.

OK stay for the price. The advertisement said that we would have a jetted tub in our room. The jets did not work. Every morning when we asked for towels, the hotel said they didn't have any that they had to finish laundry before we could get more. While our stay was in November, the first three days we were there the temps were in the 70's, my kids wanted to swim but however couldn't due to the pool was closed due to a phone line issue. Upon getting home the hotel charged me 40.00 for worn out sheets my kids had spilled fruit punch on. The fruit punch could have washed out, but I dont think they tried. All these issues in one stay reflect the hotel is poorly managed but the staff was friendly.

The staff was great, the first room my daughter checked into had a bad smell and that and the next room had a cockroach infestation. I understand there was even blood on the wall on one of the rooms. She did not stay there and we decided not to stay there either due to the problem she had.

Room was excellent the service was excellent the staff was excellent have only 1 complaint there isn't an ice machine on 2nd floor the 1 on the 1st was out and 3rd near melted 😞 but breakfast was fresh and lady working it was a sweetheart

We did see a dead roach on the floor when we woke up and the shower was not clean. Otherwise, it was a good place for a quick overnight stay.

The room was dated, the sheets were definitely not changed because there was some hair on them. Breakfast was subpar compared to competing hotels in the same parking lot. All the hell was eggs, grits, cereal, and two buckets of apples that look sick.

The mattress had a lot of crumbs on it and it was not clean. There was an oreo sitting on the floor in the corner of the living room area. The handle on the refrigerator was filthy. I was lucky to have Lysol wipes to clean it. Also, there was a sign in the bathroom to leave towels on the floor if we wanted clean ones. After the second day, I layed some towels on the floor to replace and no one came in to replace them nor empty the garbage cans. I suppose they didn't have enough help. Outside there was a large dumpster without a lid (like the ones you use when you are renovating your home) that was full past the brim of garbage bags. The kitchen ran out of bacon and there was no breakfast meat available. I will say, the lady working the breakfast area was very nice and tried to keep the breakfast fresh and full as possible.
