The mattress had a lot of crumbs on it and it was not clean. There was an oreo sitting on the floor in the corner of the living room area. The handle on the refrigerator was filthy. I was lucky to have Lysol wipes to clean it. Also, there was a sign in the bathroom to leave towels on the floor if we wanted clean ones. After the second day, I layed some towels on the floor to replace and no one came in to replace them nor empty the garbage cans. I suppose they didn't have enough help. Outside there was a large dumpster without a lid (like the ones you use when you are renovating your home) that was full past the brim of garbage bags. The kitchen ran out of bacon and there was no breakfast meat available. I will say, the lady working the breakfast area was very nice and tried to keep the breakfast fresh and full as possible.

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Had a slight issue at check in, but they were able and willing to resolve the issue.
Only issue was the hot tub, huge reason I stay anywhere, was broken and the staff was unaware.

AC worked great, jet tub was comfy for 2 and was super relaxing. Bed was clean and comfy. Some things are just old and worn down but not bad. The pool is really small but that’s not what we were there for. The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Ok well I almost passed this property up and didn’t stay there , but I am ABSOLUTELY so grateful and happy I decided to stay there. I will say I used ******* to book my reservation from the very beginning and that was the WORSE mistake of my life . It was supposed to be for 2 nights and they only did it for one and the next morning bin finding out we only was reserved for 1 night so I had to contact ******* and they couldn’t do anything at all and they were absolutely no help to me and so we had to end up making another reservation for one more night same hotel and guess what the ******* rep freaking booked a reservation for me at a completely different hotel and they refused to switch it to the one I was already at . Every single staff member at this property was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! Especially the African American woman who worked the front desk (I didn’t catch her name ) she had I think like purple hair she was so freaking nice and understanding and she let us stay on the property and swim and even heat our lunch up and the other lady she was a housekeeper and she had short hair and was ABSOLUTELY amazing to us as well and I cannot forget the Caucasian woman who worked 2nd shift and has dark black hair ..all of them ladies were so amazing and I’ll never forget how nice they were to me and my daughter and helped us so much ..I hope they never go anywhere and they really need a raise bc they def go over and beyond for their guest and they didn’t even hesitate to do so!
