Staff was amazing room was nice and neat plenty of extra towels and washcloths was definitely a beautiful inside and all and staff was very polite especially at the breakfast

Could warn people about the train before booking. It should be listed on the site that it's very loud. It scares the mess out of you!

The breakfast was quite good- eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries and cereal. The room was clean but needed updating. The bathroom had several dangerous loose tiles on the floor and I was in an accessible room so I found that even stranger.

Bedbug found under sheet the morning after. Heater broke mid stay and asked to get it fixed. Still didn’t work right. Beds were hard as a rock. Train tracks right next to hotel. One set of curtains was missing. Front desk staff barely spoke English. Foul smell in room and halls.

The room was disgusting, from someone else’s food being in there to finger prints on the wall, to so much black grime in the sink. Alerted the front desk staff and they were defensive and acted like they didn’t care. The one plus was the breakfast attendant. She kept that area clean, well stocked and was super pleasant. She, and the free breakfast, is the only thing that place has going for itself.
