Very Clean, updated room and bathroom. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Room key, faucets, fridge, etc all worked great. Very friendly staff.
Somewhat loud A/C, and a train runs 100 ft behind hotel at midnight, 3 am.

Parking lot and sidewalks look like trash cans, shower head had loud sqeel,water leaked alot on floor,bathroom walls dirty, in room ac unit falling apart,sandpaper like towels and bedding front desk refused to give me a receipt

Room walls and bathroom walls were disgusting. You could clearly see after your shower where they wiped the mirror and where they missed (center was cleaned only). A/C, Heat unit is broken RM207. It was extremely hot in the room even after changing the Temp to Cool and 64. The exhaust fan is also broken and obnoxiously loud in the bathroom. If we return to that area we will look for a Holiday Inn over a Best Western.

The floor had not been vacuumed as I found a hair tie on it. I got in bed to find something wet on the back of my leg. I got up and leaned down to sniff the wet spot and it reeked of pee. Thankfully it was a double room so I just got into the other bed after an unexpected shower. I didn’t call the desk as I was already in my nightgown ready for bed and needed to get sleep for the next day. I finally lay my head back down to rest and hear the blaring horn of a train whistle then moments later a huge crash. It sounded like the train had derailed it was so loud. Needless to say I overslept in the morning from being up late. I would love a refund though I’m sure I won’t get it. Also, the next morning I went to get a drink from the machine and it was unplugged.

This was a great choice. Reasonably priced, easy access, great friendly staff, clean room, good towels/toiletries, immediate HOT water in shower, etc.....
My only complaint would be sound. Walls were thin as was ceiling. I heard all neighbors. Perhaps spread out guests more if not too busy? (not your fault- building is a bit dated)
