The waffle iron did not make good waffles
Our room has numerous spider webs , no fire alarm hooked up. The alarm was laying on top of shelf We had to switch rooms because first room the sliding door was not securing properly, also allowing road noise into room
We originally asked for handicap room and appears that our first room was the only one available.

The room was so dirty you could not see in the mirrors. There was hair on the wash clothes. The electrical outlets were falling out of the walls. There were live bugs in the sinks.
The milk and syrup were out of date in the dining. Orange juice smelled funny and was discolored. Butter was not sanitary. Staff was rude. Worst hotel experience ever.

We booked three rooms, one had blood on the sheets. The second had mold around the walls. We immediately went up and reported. They tried showing us other rooms and stated it was “due to a bunch of Mexicans just left” the next rooms they showed us was just as dirty. They double charged us and then refused to give full refund even though we were in there less than 30 minutes. Blood on the bed my baby was going to sleep on is disgusting and so unsafe. Do not recommend

We needed a handicapped room accessible to the breakfast area. The staff immediately rearranged things to accommodate that request. Unfortunately, the breakfast was almost totally depleted before 8:30 the next morning when we got to it. IT would be awesome if motels still had coffee in the lobby around the clock since the room made stuff is awful, and we need decafe badly as we settle in in the evenings.

Evening shift young man was very rude. While owners are nice they need to know how to run a hotel. Outside was mowed and kept nice for the dogs.
