Could use an upgrade in a few things and a bit of maintenance overall. The staff and service went above and beyond for making the stay comfortable definitely excellent customer service.

The staff was wonderful!! But the rooms were outdated, no microwave, TV remote was busted, no smoke alarms and the roaches kept talking all night.

The staff took double money . From my account after I paid on ******* the staff took their own money off for the room . I had to talk to the day time manager to get it fixed and even then it left me broke.

Room was not cleaned on multi day stay. Had to request clean towels. Loud noises outside of room kept us up. Smell of pot permeated the are. Staff was friendly

Neither the TV nor the refrigerator in the room worked. The breakfast was out of eggs and sausage at 8:30 a.m.

The room was occupied. The second room required a return to the desk because the key was not programmed right. The hotel is rundown. Sketchy area. The heat/ac is constantly running cold air. The door security lock shows it has been forced open. What else could be wrong.
Management, if any, is a joke. Training of employees is weak. All employees that I met were polite, friendly and apologetic but POORLY TRAINED.
