Small roaches crawling up the walls on the floor in in one of the beds. Mold in the shower ceiling. Staff was nice.

People were in and out of the back doors at all times of night being very loud making it hard to sleep.
The bathroom had black mold in it above entry door and around the trim shower area half the channels on the tv mainly all local channels were out completely bed sheets had dirt on the bed when arrived

We arrived at 3 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, place our things in the room and left out to my son's place to start cooking. We didn't return until 9:30 pm. We did not get to sleep in the room due to roaches take over. We contacted to front desk and they was only able to refund me for 2 nights and not the whole stay 3 nights. I will never stay in Country Inn and Suites again. The front desk persons was so negative. She told me, you will be back because there's nothing in Hinesville.Trust me you'll be back. I have grown to hate staying in hotels. I didn't return and stay down the street at a new and very clean hotel. They need to stunt that place down.

There was candy on the floor from the last person who stayed in the room. The sheets were dirty. The cabinet that the refrigerator sits in needed to be wiped down. The sink clogged up. The outside looked trashy. There were old grills and items that were just stacked up.

The hotel was okay, the housekeeping area I was not satisfied with at all. I stayed for 4 nights and on the 3rd day I had requested to have the room refreshed since I had towels and trashing piling up. I did not know at the time but I had spoken to the assistant manager who quickly said they will clean the room the next day. The next morning I set aside my belongings so housekeeping can clean freely. I came back from being out most of the day to find my room the exact way I’ve left it, no cleaning done, towels and trashing untouched. I did report this and was told the general manager would be made aware. I do not understand why when I requested for the room to be cleaned I was brush away with “no” basically. However, there were a couple of ladies overnight at the front desk who were always friendly and very helpful.

房间住了三个晚上,一点都不干净。走廊地毯脏兮兮的,窗帘也很脏,墙上有虫子,房间也很脏,我已向前台报告过。房间门损坏了,墙上的玻璃被之前的客人砸坏了,我已向前台报告过。前台确认房间里确实发生了争吵,但我们仍然被安排在房间里。房间质量不达标。是时候更新一下酒店了。

我以前住过这里。有些员工很友好,有些只是在做好本职工作。这次泳池区域不太整洁。泳池梯子上的台阶不见了,桌子和椅子也坏了,就放在泳池区域的一角。走廊地毯需要吸尘和清洁。前廊区域没有(之前有)供顾客坐下休息的前椅。我咨询了这个问题,被告知椅子坏了,被搬走了,也不知道以后是否会更换。:/
第一天早上吃早餐时,面包发霉了,一些包装好的调味品也过期了。煮熟的食物还不错。一天早上,我们在房间里打死了一只蟑螂。我们向前台报告了此事。
太糟糕了,我脱衣服的时候,他们竟然把我的房间给了别人。经理还试图责怪我,真是太恶劣了。我再也不会住这里了
