This is an average property if you're visiting the Cooperstown area. We were here for a week in August as part of the tournaments at Dreams Park just down the road. Location: 5 stars. If you're here for your kid's baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, then the proximity cannot be beat. The Comfort Inn is probably the closest hotel to the park - just a 2 minute drive, at most. This is convenient if you have rain delays for games, and you want to wait things out nearby. Additionally, you're only maybe a 10-15 minute drive from the town of Cooperstown, where you can visit the Hall of Fame, restaurants, shops, etc. There's also a grocery store just a 5 minute drive down the road towards the town of Cooperstown, as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Mcdonalds, and some other food options. The property's most significant quality is its location in proximity to the ballparks and the nearby town. Property Quality: 3 stars. The quality of the property is acceptable, but overall leaves a bit to be desired. The air conditioning works great though, which is great during the hot summer. The rooms feel tired and the walls are very, very thin for noise from other rooms. The bathroom shower is really poor. The shower water pressure is very weak, and probably the worst feature of the room. The beds are comfortable enough, and we were able to get a decent night's sleep. The overall vibe of the room was very old and dated, and really need an overhaul. Breakfast was serviceable, but nothing spectacular. I appreciated that they provided a breakfast at all as part of your room charge. Each day they provided some hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. They also had some baked goods like bagels and English muffins. The service of the property is probably its next best attribute. The front desk manager, Keith, is extremely hospitable and accommodating. He'll work with you regarding your stay, especially if you need to cut your stay short for any reason. Overall, this is an average property. However, if I ever return to Cooperstown, I'll likely look to stay elsewhere.

Our group (75people) have been staying at this hotel for years. With have an annual trip to Cooperstown. Without a doubt the GM Lori and her staff are the best we have ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond to make sure all or rooms (20+) are ready and clean when we arrive. She helps with anything that comes up with highest degree of professionalism. I would recommend this hotel everytime.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel. We started here while visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame. Our room was excellent. The breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage’s, and waffles, along with all the cold breakfast items. The staff and their service were also excellent!

I could not have been more disappointed in our weekend stay. Bathroom-shower spray needs replacement. Breakfast offered was awful. Juice machine was broken, no effort to offer juice of any kind. TV reception was terrible. Could not receive Fox who was broadcasting the World Series. No Maid service as far as bedsheets, but clean towels were given up on request. Will not stay here again. Not worth the price.

This is a substandard Comfort Inn & Suites. All of the public space carpets are dirty and need to be replaced, and the hotel staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Breakfast which is served until 10 AM was out of many items before 9 AM. When I inquired about the lack of breakfast food, I was dismissed with a curt reply that 'they are all out for the day'. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and recommend that you consider one of the other equally convenient hotels in the area.

We booked for the close proximity to the baseball HOF. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean but the walls are literally paper thin. Stayed for two nights and the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room which was annoying since we were out all day and returned late to an uncleaned room. The towels were horribly small and they only put two in a room with one bed. Come on now I need more than 2 towels. Breakfast was complimentary but average, as I’ve had much better at other hotels in the same category. Not sure if I’d stay here again I think I’d try the Holiday Inn down the road for the few extra bucks.

Stayed here Friday and Saturday night for a birthday weekend for my man. I tried to find something in or closer to Cooperstown but had no luck so we chose here and it ended up being very nice. I didn't realize there was a hot breakfast that included waffles, eggs, and sausage in addition to the continental type items which was very nice and well tended. Our room was clean, well stocked and comfortable and the few times we called the front desk they were friendly and prompt. Check-in and check-out were easy and painless processes and everyone who worked there was wicked friendly. The drive to Cooperstown wasn't bad so this is a good option when staying in the area.

Stayed here with my Dad over our trip to the baseball hall of fame. We were both very happy. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a nice sized mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel is on an old farm with stunning views of the rolling hills. It' really beautiful! They serve a good breakfast with plenty of options. The staff here were SUPER friendly and helpful, particularly Keith at the front desk. He helped us out with a couple of different things, always with a smile. My only complaint is the bathroom. The door was flimsy and didn't quite fit in the doorframe, had to me forced shut whenever we used the bathroom. Also, the shower pressure was disappointingly weak. Other than that, this Comfort Inn was a wonderful place to stay. Thanks for a great experience!

Clean hotel in a peaceful setting. Our room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. Staff were really lovely, and we had no issues with our stay. The setting is so peaceful and yet so close to everything, only just down the road from the grocery store. Thanks for a great stay!
