The location was convenient & the price was ok. The pool/hot tub area was very clean & well kept. The front desk staff was friendly
The room was ok - decor as a little outdated & a little more attention to detail when cleaning would be beneficial (dirt in the corners of the bathroom & dust on lamps etc). Extra blankets/pillows would be appreciated. I would probably stay here again if I came alone.

When we arrived they put us in a section of rooms separate from the main building. Checked it out and it was missing a shower curtain, toilet paper, and Kleenex. The room was very dark and smelled awful. We went to the front desk to ask for missing items and desk person was very sweet. She got the housekeeping (older couple) and they were all upset with each other speaking in their foreign,Indian language. Then we asked to move into a room that didn’t stink so bad. She was kind and moved us to a nicer room in main building. Room was nice but we had to get a plunger for the toilet and the bathtub drain was very slow and we stood in standing water while showering! I absolutely hate that! Yuck! My feet were in someone else’s yuck and how could it be cleaned well!? Housekeeping should have fixed it before it was rented to us. It didn’t just happen! We reported to them when we checked out so they can get it fixed.

Our room was across the street from the main hotel, access to ice macine, pool inconvenient. The continental breakfast was not great. No eggs, meat. Door to bathroom very hard to shut!

Needs a serious update & cleaning.
Towel from previous guest left hanging on bathroom door. Towel rack by sink broken. Sink drain plugged. Dirty carpet. Unpainted patches on wall. Clean cups were left laying on floor. Just one chair for seating..

I reported at time of loading into our room. I found a red pill on floor. Luckily before our young child found it!!!! Reported it and no word. For some reason staff came into our room the next morning. We were then going to have dinner in lobby with a relative but the owners we having their own family meal and took up the entire place!!! They noticed we wanted to eat there too and only said we will be done in like 10 mins!!!! Disappointing. Parking isn't great.

The room was not cleaned properly, the fridge in the room was dirty with stuck on food in some spots, the bedding was dirty, overall it was a bad hotel experience and I won’t be going back

The hallway and our room smelled of a death like Smell it was horrendous! The hot tub was not in service which was disappointing.

The room worked well and check in was easy. We traveled with our pet, and appreciated that.
电话没插电，位置也不对。咖啡机也没有使用说明。厕所堵了。空调风扇设成自动模式，但即使达到设定温度也从不关闭。房间里没有任何信息指南。前台也无法告知我教堂的礼拜时间。大堂里小盒的半脂奶都变质了。总的来说，房间相当破旧。需要翻新了！
