Terrible condition inside, deceptive exterior and poor service.
The hotel looked much better from the outside. However, the inside was in a poor condition. The lobby and dining area were clean and well-maintained, which made the state of the room even more shocking.
The room we stayed in was in a deplorable state. The walls had cracks, the floor was old and damaged. Some of the towels, although washed, still had unremovable stains, and the bedding also had large, persistent stains. The smell in the room was acceptable, though.
The microwave oven was dirty and rusty, and the plate rotator was not working. We reported this to the staff. They told us they would replace it. However, when we returned to the room, we found a note stating that: "This microwave is still functional; only the plate rotator is broken, but this is normal."
This response shows a complete disregard for cleanliness and customer service. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.

The ladies at fromt desk was really nice and welcoming . Room waa very comfty . I didnt have breakfast went down for some coffee and seen othwe guest enjoying breakfast !! Parking was easy

The room smelled bad the moment we opened the door to get in.
The bathroom looked alright 👍
But there was a stain on the bedsheets, i dont know if it was food or whatever but it was weird.
The room itself wasn't that bad, maybe a little bit more cleaning around and some fragrance will be good.
The TV got us do pissed off as its not a smart tv and has no antenna nor wifi connected to it. We tried the cast option there but its so old school and it dodnt work anyways so we ended up turning it off since it was useless.
The TV remote was nasty, sticky and smelly like its been used soo many times while eating food without it being cleaned up, its not hygienic!
Other than these, its not too bad for that price

Fruit at breakfast was not fresh. There was no soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping was only done upon request. Limited towels.

No soap no toilet paper had to move room first room outlets were busted and the floor had horrible scratches and mold in the bathroom second room had mold in the bathroom and no toiletries had to ask for towels wouldn’t stay here again the pictures online do not match the condition of the rooms this hotel has poor customer service

我到那儿的时候,一位非常友善的女孩乔索琳(Josolyn)帮了我。她给了我房间,然后我就进去了。进了房间,空调和电话都坏了。我去前台告诉乔索琳,她就下来,摆弄了一下控制器,告诉我一会儿就好了。于是我坐下来等着,一边做西班牙语作业。我又上楼,她帮我换了房间。这可不是我之前住过的两个地方的房间能比的。
酒店管理糟糕
停车场里堆满了垃圾、碎玻璃、啤酒瓶、快餐盒等等。真是令人作呕!
房间很大,也还算干净,除了一点:浴帘上挂着两件脏兮兮、湿漉漉的洗衣布。
除此之外,帮我办理入住的前台服务员似乎很不热情,或许是因为不得不做自己的工作而感到恼火。
我再也不会住那里了。
照片有欺骗性。房子里有霉味。红色的头发粘在毛巾上。没有电梯,所以不适合残疾人出入。建筑非常老旧。制冰机坏了。你最好还是住6号汽车旅馆。
