The room was very damp with a heavy muskie odor. The room temp cold and requested not to change tempature. Bad for folks with asthma.

This property was new, clean, quiet, and in good shape. It is on the level of super 8 or Americinn, that is to say, efficient but almost bare bones. Giving it the name Inn and Suites is an over reach. This could all be understood if the cost was reasonable, however $618 for two nights bordered on robbery. This nightly rate even exceeds the maximum rate listed on the back of the room door

This is a very good property. We have stayed there twice, and found the staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, convenient, and fulfilled our needs. The breakfast had many selections, but was a bit short on protein. Fruits, rolls, donuts, Cereal, waffles, and other bread products were available. We will stay here again.

Soap dispenser was empty. Breakfast was minimal. Otherwise excellent.

Comfortable room. Good a/c. Direct tv was a nice amenity. Roll in shower was big and roomy. Bed and pillows were a bit too soft for our taste. Needs better lighting over sink for makeup. Ground floor window wasn't soundproof.

Smelly bathroom
Main room was fine. The bathroom wasn’t. Very strong odor of urine. You could see stains on the wall. When I complained to the front desk she asked me what room number and then said “that makes sense”

Super friendly staff, property is clean and updated, the rooms are spacious and well kept! This is probably the nicest hotel in the Okoboji Area!

The Inn was very nice. The rooms were clean. The only negative was be the King room we had only had one chair and it was my wife and I so one sat in the chair and the other had to sit on the bed. Not very comfortable sitting arrangements. Other than that it was a nice stay. I’m sure we will be going back.
