Unfortunately, there was NO HOT WATER for the entire weekend. The room refrigerator did not work. Ice machine DID NOT work. Front desk clerk was not accommodating for the inconvenience. Especially since it was booked through a third party.👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😠😠

很遗憾，整个周末都没有热水。房间冰箱坏了。制冰机也坏了。前台工作人员没有提供任何帮助，尤其考虑到这还是通过第三方预订的。👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😠😠

Had to figure out room I reserved but finally did.
Except for confusion with room reservation everything was great!

Room was good. Overpriced though. Nice hotel
