The rooms need to be updated. The breakfast did not have any toast or bread. The inside of the hotel needed mopping. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work and there was no coffee, microwave or fridge in the room.

my room is very dirty. I came in. I put my back down for a 10 minutes, and there was a cockroach on my bag and also across the room crawling on the walls. The ceiling had black mold. The quality of the room is very disgusting and unsafe to stay at. I would not recommend zero stars. Do not stay here.

The room is spotless, we didn't know where to park, so we parked around the building, and you couldn't just go through any access, their was a club there. Plus the microwave was only in the lobby (Which is fine), but there was no small fridge to my gluten free items, plus the breakfast was nonexistence. Where was the eggs, Gluten free Cherie o's and corn flakes or rice checks? What about the Coconut milk or something? Or what about the Toast or bagels or waffles? It was non-existences. Even with the hot tea bags and cold ice tea. Plus, they did at least have Yogurt, some old packets of hot (three is all they could afford for the whole guest that stay there), they did have oatmeal, but hardly the coffee was spared. But they did have fruit (That is a plus since I am Gluten Intollarent, that is a plus, but couldn't afford apples or grapes, or raisins). Again, what made our experience great, was the staff being friendly, hopeful, and listening to my concerns. They made spotless, and they gave great direction to Weymans Groceries, which has great everything to buy there to food. Lobby is great once you get in there. The room is extra clean. Shower is awesome. Staff is awesome and helpful. So, I have mixed feelings about this, because people made this stay memorable.

The room overall including hor tub was dirty. The hair dryer short circuited as soon as it was turned on. Issues connecting with wifi & unable to get most channels on tv. Refrigerator/freezer had a lot of ice build up.

Room was fine for the price. We chose a hotel with 24 hour front desk knowing we would be arriving very late. Waited 25 minutes before finding a key left for us at the counter but never saw an attendant. Might have located the key earlier but other people were ahead of us at the front desk. At 1am it was disappointing

The hotel on the whole could definitely use some updates. Also when we got to our room we could smell stale smoke (presumably from a previous guest) and saw a broken unlit cigarette in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and told us at check-in there would be breakfast in the morning. We went down at 9:30 am and found out they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 am. So we ended up going to Denny's down the road.

Room was clean but poorly maintained. No lights came on from switch at door. Everything at breakfast was cold except tge coffee and hot water. Parking lot was crowded due to local watering hole tavern full of townies. Basically not a very comfortable atmosphere.

(I would like a full refund on my room!)
I am going to be reaching out to someone today if I do not hear back from this review. I booked this hotel because I had a long drive and needed somewhere to rest in the middle of my travel.
At 4am police arrived at the premises and began knocking on multiple doors close to mine. Between the hours of 4am and 10am (when we left the hotel) there we're 8-10 gentlemen who we're sitting detained by police in the hall. Front desk told us they we're getting interrogated for potentially being illegally in the country. Beyond the 4am disturbance they had 4 of these gentleman seated directly outside of our door for the entire period between 4-10am. Sitting on the floor shoulder touching our door frame. (I have video evidence of this) There was noise for the entire time I intended to sleep.
I understand the raid is outside of the hotels control but the fact they allowed them to sit outside of a paying guests room for the entire night is where this is unacceptable.
I would like a full refund on my room as this was a complete waste of my money because I got absolutely not rest. Please let me know how you plan on amending this situation.

late at night (past 22:30 pm) - felt like I was watching the show, could make out the audio.
