The front desk were amazing and very friendly but the quality of the room was not up to par. The floors were sticky and the room had a smell. Also housekeeping failed to empty the trash and I was given dirty towels. The towels the replaced were stained and had black stuff all over them. I was disappointed to come back to a room that still had a trash can full of trash, and the only thing they did was give me dirty towels. Thankfully I brought my own towel. It’s not a place I would return due to the poor service of house keeping but the front desk were really sweet. It’s unfortunate I had this experience though.

I was charged for a floor mat being dirty. I have stayed in plenty of places and high end resorts even but never been charged for a floor mat being dirty in a bathroom. Highly unacceptable.

I can’t really say much as we only slept there and gone most of the days checked out. It was clean and comfortable but when I booked it said pets stay free but when I checked in they charged me $150. Deposit for dogs who were in a cage when in room both 5 pound yorkies when checked out no deposit was returned.

The hotel was very quiet and I felt very safe here. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. House keeping is done twice a week which was perfect. Everything about my stay was great and I give all the glory to God in heaven for this wonderful hotel. Praise Him.

The bathroom door couldn’t shut because the toilet is to close to the door , dirty towels had public hair on it and stains , soon as I walked in I killed a roach omg just disgusting

The walls are very thin, there was a disturbance in the room next to ours and we could hear people fighting, throwing things and using profanity.

Very noisy around the area because of a bar and grill across from the hotel. The commode in the bathroom is very low. I am 5ft 2" and I had a hard time getting up off of the commode, I can't imagine a taller person trying to sit down and then getting up.
