酒店回复: Dear Peter, We are blessed to our you as a valued guests and u never came forward to complain about your stay with us at the Front desk… We apologize on our behalf of your issues but I must clarify your negativity.. 1) Our pool is closed HAS BEEN for over a year due to use remodeling and replacing all the “old and dirty” furniture with the new and updated as you noticed when u came in!! (2) our lobby is clean and full of live plants and has two couches that will be replaced with our new furniture as end tables and chairs for our guests to sit!! (3) There is no roaches in our facility what u seen was “stink bugs” it’s there time of the year just like mosquitoes n flies we can’t control all bugs sir! We are on a monthly pest control contract and they will tell u just as well as others that some bugs just move and infest with the climate just as lady bugs!! Roaches does not just come n be in one room! They would be in every room! And to correct your spelling “digesting” I’m assuming you was trying to say “disgusting” but only disgusting thing is ppl always want to complain and be negative to get a free night or money back and lie as if they had an issue but yet stayed all night!! Come on if you was unsatisfied why didn’t you come to desk and tell a staff member to help solve an issue!! We would have been more than happy to discuss an issue or problem! (4) Yes there is a $100 CASH DEPOSIT upon arrival to cover any damage or Smoking! We are a NO SMOKING Facility!! We do have designated smoking areas outside! We did not waive your $100 deposit because of “refusal” because it’s a must it was late when u checked in we had a lot of events going on such as county fair and homecoming games we were at full capacity and you didn’t have cash on hand and u would have had to go to a nearby store to get money off your card and I didn’t want to send u back out just to go get a lil cash (now I wished I would have collected it) but u can always please negative n rude ppl!!! A complainer is always gonna find something to complain about!! (5) There are several other hotels to chose from and there’s also airbnbs!! Try one of them next time you in the area then compare us! 酒店回复: our hotel has no bed bugs you asked to be moved cause you wanted down stairs and you stayed 2 nights down stairs and when you checked out you said you was happy with everything and you would be back but we do apologize forwhat ever this is about but we do know we do not have bed bugs

酒店回复: We are sorry that you and your roomate couldnt simply follow our house rules. We are a NON SMOKING FACILTY. We verbally tell all our guests at check in that no smoking is allowed at 6AM yall had the room smoked out and marjuiana was lingering in the hallways. When you came up on my front desk staff with such aggressive behavior the law was called and dispatch heard the language and threats and 5 officers had to come and remove you guys from the property. And one had to go and tell you to leave the property again once you were at your vehicle. Its terrible that grown ppl cant obey rules and regulations at a business.
